I saw those on a trailer once many years ago. Those wall supports hold up the plywood bunk bed that you apparently don't have. The bunk bed can be use in the back of the trailer or in front of the trailer, you have wall supports on both walls front and back. I don't remember if the bunk had cushions. The owner said, with the table down we have 2 beds for the children in front, they can be used for storage shelves too.
