This is a very well-cared for vintage trailer, and beautifully and carefully restored/renovated. The master bed has been rebuilt and replaced with a permanent bed, with lots of storage underneath it, accessible from the outside rear. There are a few dings in the skin, as expected for the age. All the jalousie windows are intact and operable. Galley sink works with holding tank (with a little priming), as does the direct garden hose connection. No bathroom. Pulls like a dream; lightweight and easy to handle. Brake lights, turn signals, and all marker lights work. Ready for you to hook up and go glamping! Clean title in hand.
See how he only painted the sides & the ceiling, but left the cupboards the original ash paneling? That's about what i was thinking when i said i wanted to paint the interior. I think it looks so fresh & clean & pretty. I wanted to do red plaid on the cushions, like Coleman type of style. But do you guys still think it's best to not paint, that you can get a better price for an unpainted interior? I was only going to ask about $4k or so for my Kit, once we finished getting her ready to rumble. (And yes, of course that includes lifting the skirts, checking for rot, re gasketing the windows, re butyl taping the j rails, door & window frames, etc, etc) But this gentleman is clear up in the $10k range, & doesn't even mention whether all that was done or not!
