So maybe this will contribute ....
There is a specialty insurance agency in Oregon that places Agreed Value policies on restored vintage trailers. Contact information is: Miller RV Insurance 5805 SW Willow Lane Lake Oswego, OR 97035 Phone: (800) 622-6347 Person who owns the agency is Cheryl Howarth. The individual with whom I spoke was Marlene Bounds who has been with the agency 15 years. They place policies with either of two companies depending your individual circumstance and need.
I know nothing of their operating procedures nor is this an endorsement. This agency provides a service vintage trailer owners need. Go forward with due diligence and see if they can help. This agency was recommended by an appraiser colleague whose clients have had a good experience.

I have USAA for my vehicle and I have a coverage for the Shasta BUT not as a vintage. they don't do vintage. SO it would be looked at just as a 1969 old trailer. I was disappointed. my coverage is mainly so I could get road side assist. have you seen those poor trailers on the side of the road all alone broken for some reason or another??? Also USAA told be vintage antique is handed to progressive (it's what they represent) who I won't deal with for anything. I will look into this lead. thank you Tiajannet
