It has been awhile since I've been on here, but I thought I would share my project in hopes that it might help someone else. We bought this camper for $100 in January 2015 and took our first camping trip in June 2015. Not bad for someone with 3 small kids and 2 jobs. After 2 short camping trips, we will soon be heading out to Rocky Mountain National Park. The kids love the camper, and I hope to make many memories for years to come.
I'm still on the lookout for other campers. Now that I've rebuilt one, I can see myself doing this again.
Anyway, here is a link to the photos: www.milesboyer.com/Other/Serro-Scotty-Sportsman/n-SGkqw/Most of the photos have a caption at the bottom, but if you have any questions feel free to ask.

Holy cow, what a GORGEOUS trailer! You have done a beautiful job and it's way, way nicer than it was originally. You really cranked it out in a short time. We old geezer types usually take a little longer.
Welcome to the madness!

Going to make me reconsider the wife's suggestion that we pain the walls and cabinets and only replace the ceiling panels with wood. That is a gorgeous build.

Just curious what thickness are your sidewalls, and roof paneling?

Like others have said, very well done. This will inspire many. That is a very impressive amount of work in such a short time. I like the picture of your kids with the sunburned faces, camping at it's finest.
Are those door and drawer latches original? They are one of the coolest of your trailer's many cool features.

Just curious what thickness are your sidewalls, and roof paneling? Sidewalls are 5/8" BC Plywood. Ceiling is 1/8" Import (China) Birch.
