Well I received my new Shasta logo today, and it is jacked up, an area is missing all Chrome and you can plainly see the copper, and an area right below that is rough as sandpaper for about an inch, and other areas aren't exactly smooth. I have contacted them to see what we need to do, kind of disheartening. I wonder if these are extras for the new campers and another example of their poor quality.

I would seriously doubt that Shasta makes the die cast logos, and certainly does not chrome the logos.
This is just a very common chroming problem, that will need to be returned to the chrome shop for a "strip and re-plate". You dealing with production chroming that just hangs from a conveyer belt, not hand done triple plate custom chrome. It's sad, but even with custom chrome, 40 to 50% has to be re-done due to quality.
