i removed a ceiling panel to check for any water damage and also will be installing new panels on the ceiling should i use the existing fiberglass insulation which is still in good condition or change to styrofoam panels please advise

Kaad, what kind of trailer do you have? Did you remove the panel from the inside?
Some people leave the existing insulation if it is clean and in good condition. Some people prefer to replace it.

OK, I remember your earlier post about your trailer. People have different preferences when it comes to insulation. Some use the kind on a roll, using Mobiltec's (Larry) technique and separate it in half. Some use foam board. I used extruded foam board on my walls and ceiling. It works well for flat areas but a little tricky in the curves.

Your choice. If original is in good condition, you can always add a layer. Remember that fiberglass must have space to work well; you don't want to pack it...
