It sure is cute but you'd definitely need to inspect it closely. It looks like it has water damage on the the walls. The ceiling is painted and could be hiding water stains, and you can't see behind the windows where there could possibly be water stains. Also:
"She has had some interior patch work that would provide a handy person a nice little remodeling project. Recently had roof sealed and all seams have been caulked to ensure no leaking."
This is a red flag to me. I read that as, "It has leaked but we put caulking around the seams." Which means it has water damage and will leak again. Their patch job inside doesn't sound good, either. For $3000, you could be looking at something that is not sealed properly or truly camp ready. And water damage usually means ROT.

I heard back from the seller this morning and he's already replaced one wall but says others need replacing. Back to the drawing board...

Replacing a wall in a Scotty is very different from Shastas or other models with stick framed walls. Scotty walls are basically one piece. The skin HAS to come off. Be patient. There's one out there waiting for you to find it.
