Hi, From a vintage trailer guy located in Santa Ana, CA. It's good to see lots of activity here.

Looking good. Nine months to delivery......OUCH!
I'd steal a foot or two more room, and move it away from the garage wall a little on the right side. You will need it when you start removing the siding, and also have a couple of ladders in the way.
Also jack up the trailer, level the floor in all directions, and securely set it on the frame with at least four jack stands. This will be the starting point you will work from when it goes back together. Nothing is straight, or square. After the skin comes off, it all moves, so you want to square it now, then do not move the trailer until it's back together.
Good luck, and remember it's the journey, NOT the destination, that makes it fun.

Yup, heat gun and patience on the gunk. Wow, somebody was generous with that stuff. We'll all be cheering you on!
