Thanks again! I'm glad you all are liking it. I'm kinda vulnerable just designing, painting, and publishing pics of it without any feedback on designs before executing LOL. I was really worried about this design. I was going out on a limb with the extra bright, non metalic colors and size of design. The real pisser is trying to paint during on and off rain storms everyday. Soup |

That really makes it stand out. Thanks, we were wanting something that popped so it would stand out from the crowd. Just wait till I get the cat ear "wings" fabricated and installed on the upper rear corners like Shasta wings but shaped like cat ears. It'll stand out then LOL. |

Thanks! LOL, I have been reading it and hoping that someday I would get to have a camper that I painted on that thread! I can't wait to get it finished so I can get a good pic to post there. |

Soup any buyer nibbles yet? It looks like it should be drawing some attention just sitting there. I've got a guy who stops by out front every two weeks and asks if I have anything for sale yet LOL. He never buys though and has been stopping by for like the last ten months pretty regular. I live on a road that only gets few local traffic due to it being a dead end. I did have a nice young guy who said him and his wife were going to be here last weekend for viewing but never showed up. I haven't been advertising it yet other than the joke for sale sign on the front during repairs. As soon as I get paint finished and can get the bunks and all the seat pads back in, I'll be able to get good finish pics to post it up for sale then. I hope to have enough of it done to post for sale by tomorrow, but probibly won't due to me still needing to fabricate a new front window stone guard from the old frame, and still have an ice box to install and reinstall all the screens too. Sad reality is I probibly won't be done in time to meet house payment and will have to dip into my spot silver to sell some of that to meet house payment in time. I'm hoping the paint will make it sell faster. Not so much lipstick on a pig sense I replaced all the rotted frame sticks but just to make it stand out of the crowd both at the campground and on the site it gets posted for sale at. Hey yall, I got a good laugh and thought I would share. The great guard attack beagle Lex was let out this morning. I heard a mean growl outside and looked. Lex had all his back hair up in a mohawk growling towards the driveway like someone was out there. I let him in and fed and watered. A few mins. ago I let him out again and in a few the wife was yelling at me Lex was attacking something on the back porch. Sure enough, there he stood with all his fur up again growling at the driveway. I switched him onto attack command and he went for the wildcat painted on the back of the camper! LMAO!! Now that's a compliment!! HA HA!! Common Lex, time for a snack huh? I don't know what he was thinking. He's been there helping with the paint job the whole time it was being painted! |

Only new wood in here is the panels from when I replaced the front walls from the outside, skins off. Off to fab the front window stone guard. Getting some bites. If anyone is interested in it, better hit me up. The seat cushions will need to be redone in the future and IMHO I think one small back piece against back wall should have new foam too but that's just me. I don't have $ to replace now. They are reversable, both side styles shown, but the fabric side is knarly. Vinyl sides okay. Will hit feebay tonight or in the morning for a 5 day auction. Just sayin. Have a great day today all! Today was stone guard, tail lights, tongue paint, and I started painting my "Cats Ears Wings" I'm making for the back. Why did I paint the tongue red? What other color should a cats tongue be?!

Okay but I'm afraid it will give an unusual view into my design mind. Here is the variation we went with. The actual cat ear wings I'm using are shaped differently They will have more of a pissed off cat ear flying in 70MPH winds! I don't usually like to have pre paint art viewed but here goes sense you asked, a preview but not much of one. Consider this a tickler or tease LOL   |
