Thanks for the pictures, I learn better with pictures,Soup. I took some pictures of my progress and I hope I am doing it right. I took out the back wall and there is rotten wood everywhere in the rear especially on the edges where side walls meet back wall at seam. The floor looks pretty good and it has the black board underneath floor. I have one question, where do I begin. The left back roof came off the top of the rear wall slight(see pictures} so I will prop that up. Do I start on the side wall? I am stumped. The work done as of 7/1/2014

Take the front loose as well, then remove the lower siding. Mark reference points, as you will have to re-attach the skin to get the wheel well and curve patterns...
Once the skin is off, rebuild the skirts and sills (I'm thinking they will need it). Repeat on the other side. You will have to rebuild the edge wood (curbing as Larry says) so don't button it up too soon.
Also loosen the roof so you can "float" it side to side or roll and remove it to make necessary ceiling repairs.
The walls look to be MDF (medium density fiberboard) and are disintegrating, all of that will need to be removed.
Hope this helps, it's hard to give you exact instructions on a full build. Feel free to ask questions.

Wow, Lavender! You've got some pics worthy of the Rot Hall of Fame thread. Kudos to you for tackling it. I know it probably seems overwhelming at the moment but do as Vikx said and you'll be amazed at your progress. Don't forget to take a lot of pics for before and after. Sometimes you think you'll remember how a piece was originally and then you'll find yourself questioning it.
