I picked this up from one of the local forum members. It folds up to be portable. I can't figure out why it won't play my CDs. If I can fix it, I think it might be a prize at Riverbend.

Wow that is nice #10. Does anyone ever ask you what that round thingy is for? I just say it is an ancient CD player...Most of the kids don't know the difference! I kinda wish I still had this because it would make a pretty neat "glamper" addition....I let it go a couple years ago with some other furnishings we got rid of.

I also have two rotory dial telephones in really nice shape. 15 year olds have no idea what they are.

I think it was this last September or the year before, it was the first time where the kids entering college have never lived in a world where the internet as we know it did not exist.

I first started to use it in 83 I think but it has gotten bigger everyday since so I guess it would be debatable as to when it reached "as we know it today". Back then it was very limited, but that was 30 years ago.
