DISCLAIMER: VTT does not endorse or promote specific products or services. The forum offers a place for discussion, suggestions and ideas about Vintage Trailers. Members should use discretion when accepting advice. VTT accepts no liability for products and services offered by members.
There have been complaints about trailer repairs; having to do with structural work and the over use of sealants and caulks. The cost to repair the damages has far exceeded what was paid to the service person.
Please be sure to thoroughly research before repairs:
1. Ask to see photos of previous work and study them.
2. Contact past customers, ask for referrals
3. Use your good judgement. If repairs seem inferior, it could be worse.
4. Keep in mind that anyone can post on the internet. Photos can be deceiving. Just because repairs "look" good, doesn't necessarily mean they are. Do your Homework.
*Complaints have been received about items sold and tardy shipping. There is little VTT can do to help other than warning the member of possible consequences.
And finally, PM me for information and to report complaints. I'm here for all of you. Vikx
