Wow! The rot on the rear floor is crazy! Gotta love particle board. I also laugh when you see so on many vintage restorations that the disassembly roof pictures show the 110 volt AC wiring just lying on top of the framing in direct contact with the metal skins and no attempt to secure or protect the wiring. It's a wonder there are not more short circuits and fires!

My point about tires and brakes is based on time to completion, tires still age whether or not they're on a car or trailer.
Yes electric brakes are more forgiving than hydraulic in respect to passing time.
Yes brakes and tires are easier on a bare frame but if you have to do them over after the build is finished, what have you saved?
