Wow Rod, thanks for the detailed report / observation. This is what people need to hear so they can keep this in mind when looking at a trailer and not to let the surface distract you from the truth.

I'll say it again... Never buy a trailer sight unseen. If you can't go physically look at it and inspect it, walk away from it. You just never know the real truth until you see it with your own eyes.

The "new" pictures are what the seller showed me as well. From your description, the trailer isn't worth 8K. Rebuilding this one would take more effort than it is worth-all the seller's fixes just make more work. Are you saying it didn't sell this time? It was not sold. The trailer was at auction twice in the past two weeks. Not one bid was placed on the trailer last week. Cheers, Rod

NO WONDER he was so anxious to sell. When I see a dirty trailer, it always makes me wonder what care was taken with it. It's not going to sell as described.
