I have a shasta airflyte that I am looking to replace some of the door trim. I don't know how to describe it other then it is the like a c channel with a extra chunk of metal with that over laps the outside.
Is there someplace I can get it?

Like the aluminum h that goes around the door with a slightly beveled edge?
If yes, I had to make it out of scrap from skin using a rented handbrake from Home Depot.
On your Shasta? My 59 Shasta has a single sheet (skin) with wrapped edges also done with a brake. All one piece.

I know how to make it but you need a brake to do it and you need to be able to do a smashed 180 degree bend. I don't know if you can do that bend on a rented brake but I can do it on a real one. I will be making a video on how to do this fairly soon as I have to fabricate all new metal trim for my 54 which is built pretty much the same.
If you take your pieces that you have to an Air Conditioning Shop who has a brake, and most of them do, you can usually hire one of the guys to make them for you. They should be able to figure it out. The trick is to work from the middle bend out to both edges.
