This was at the TAC airstream rally in April of this year. It was the first time we took our Covered Wagon to a rally. He would have been sad if he didn't have cool decorations outside like our Shasta got for her rally's. haha Attachments:

Love that little covered wagon!!! thanks, had i not shown that to you before? it was a last minute addition as CW (covered wagon) wanted to feel special for his first time. hey, did you see the little crocheted chickens inside the wagon? found them at a thrift store for 55 cents each...i couldn't leave them behind! and that's sammy the horse taking a break from pulling the wagon. teehee Attachments:

I wouldn't call that glamping, I'd just call it kitschy. At least before Pam got a-hold of it.

OK, as much as Hamlet is pretty much a minimalist, a Covered Wagon absolutely HAS to have a covered wagon! It's that tongue-in-cheek stuff that makes this fun. And the more obscure, the better. Why is Hamlet "Hamlet" Because he's too small to be a full canned ham. Or as our daughter says, he's a very small settlement. I used to call our little red SUV "Rosencranz," but that was a little too obscure for anyone who isn't into Shakespearean tragedies, so I stopped. I makes me a little sad, though. So, NO, the covered wagon, even with chickens and the tow-horse, is not glamping, but Pam's little additions sent it over the edge.

I think you need Vix's cat to live in that little covered wagon.. then it will be "purrfect."

I think you need Vix's cat to live in that little covered wagon.. then it will be "purrfect." As long as the cat leaves those chickens alone.

Fill it with beer and ice and everyone will love it. Before or after drinking the cold beer? Cheers, Rod
