Hello to all, we are new to the Vintage Camper world and looking for help about information on our newly acquired 1955 Trotman Cub...We THINK! From what we have been able to find....
the model is a M Cub and S/N 7461- has a full gas stove/oven combo- Marvel Fridge- Left rear corner bathroom- Right rear corner full/bed- Nothing for dinning area- Inside is falling apart due to harboring critters from the woods for the past 40 years... what a mess! Last time it was licensed was in 1981!!!! Long road ahead... is there any way to find out what the original floor plan was and the options inside this "Diamond in the rough"? Any help would be appreciated on the camper and appliances also. We will need some parts and alot of prayers! FM1983

Is it a Trotman cub or a Trotwood cub?

My mistake.... Trotwood Cub, I believe it is a Deluxe. We would like to find out what the original floor plan looked like. Then we will decide if we need to make any changes. All help would be awesome. I will learn how to post the pictures this evening.

The Trotwood Trailers were built in Trotwood Ohio. They were a high quality trailer in there day. The factory burned down several years ago. I think there is a owners group but I don't have any info on it, if my poor old memory serves me right they were located somewhere in Michigan. I think it was mentioned on this site years ago not sure.

I just finished a 1955 Trotwood Cub! How are you doing with yours? Naomi, Photos would be great to see. I am working on a 1957 Trotwood Cub. I am laying the new marmoleum floor this weekend then I can install the new walls that I have made already. I would love to see photos and see everything that you have done. Congrats
