Looking good Spidermom. Not a lot of rot on this one from what the photos show. How about some close ups of the rot that you do have.

OK make sure you keep a LOT of photos of all the details on the framing. The facade in front is important. You'll notice on my Jewel there is no front facade. I believe the 54 was the only year with no facade.

Mine did not. And when a trailer comes with an old furnace they aren't hard to clean up and most of them work well but I don't like them. I've always replaced with a new thermostatically controlled Atwood for larger trailers or a new Wave 3 Catalytic for smaller trailers.
