We are trying to get table banding for our countertops and have found that the shipping alone will cost $225-325 or if we cut the pieces the and ship will cost $80. This is out of our budget. Any ideas of what else to do? Want it original but don’t want to spend $250 for banding Anyone have extra lying around they want to sell? Need 34’ Erin

I used the trim above for my table. It was very easy to bend and drill. It's very thin so difficult to get screws flush and I with I would have just used a decorative hex head rather than trying to countersink.

I think my table was 5/8" material and I actually decided to shim around the bottom with some scrap 1/4" because I don't think this trim edge would be strong enough when the table is converted to a bed. You want the final table thickness to match the trim pretty closely I think.
