Tonight, I continued removing the skin on my 1953 Holly. I took out two side windows. Neither one had putty. Instead, the Woodlin windows have a rubber gasket around the perimeter. It has a slight ribbed surface where it meets the trailer skin. They were screwed on. As you can see, this is most likely the first time they have been removed. The wood underneath is pristine, but this trailer was stored inside for many years. I checked vintage trailer gaskets and did not see these gaskets. What should I do? Reuse the existing gaskets - cleaning them carefully? Add putty underneath? Can I buy these somewhere? The rear window was removed at some point. I think that gasket is toast. I pushed the gasket to the side a little so you can see. They all have paint on them. http://instagram.com/p/BvK_igVhNfY http://instagram.com/p/BvK_jwdhuXP http://instagram.com/p/BvLBu3Ehfi2

My question has been answered by Robert at Vintage Trailer Gaskets. They do have this part so I'll be able to buy new gaskets. What a relief! Kind of happy there is no putty haha.
