Really great.
At $50 for supplies I'd check with trailertrasher first but if he doesn't have a missing knob this is a fantastic option.

I'd probably try to use a 3d printer, but if you get ambitious and want to do this, skip the super expensive mold material and use 50/50 silicone and cornstarch. Makes a great and cheap mold material. I used it to copy some concrete trim in my weird house.
