Hmm, it could be the same one. And given that the original curtains were in pretty good shape, makes me think that it had been indoors for a good bit of its life. So, yeah, it looks like a flip. And it doesn’t look like they did anything except glam it up a bit. Luckily, we are all pretty well trained in seeing past the glam!

(Reminds me so much of the Shastas in the same time period, same paneling and same flooring.)
While you could suggest that there were two built identically at the factory, I am not sure they would put the paper towels over the stove and right next to the propane lamp. For $10K more I sure want to see all the structural repairs and inspections! I highly doubt any of that happened, just a lot of cosmetic "wow"s and little if any else.
