The white one in my photo is a Soleus heat/air/dehumidifer 8000 BTU unit. Danny

Hey Danny,
How did you mount your a/c heater unit in the closet, or is it moved in and out of the camper every time you use it?
Thanks

Hey Danny, How did you mount your a/c heater unit in the closet, or is it moved in and out of the camper every time you use it? Thanks Rod Rod, it is permanently mounted in the closet, the air/heat is vented through the front of the door and the return is in the side of the cabinet. The drain hose is routed through the floor as is the exhaust via a flexible hose and vent.Danny

Thanks Danny,
It's a clean look for sure. I was also interested in the specific mounting technique you used. Did the unit have mounting holes in it or did you have/make brackets?
Thanks.
Rod

The wheels were removed and a simple flat bracket was bolted to the floor of the closet. Danny

Hello Danny, It's been a while since you posted this but I am thinking of doing this in my camper. Do you like how it worked out? Anything you'd change about how you installed the unit or anything else? Do you have photos of the vent and drain tube through the floor? What vent cover did you use on the bottom of the trailer? Thx!
