Now only I could find a couple of armed flamingos!! Well, flamingos are already winged, why not armed?

The only problem with armed flamingos is they couldn't go to California. Even with an out of state permit.

I'm adapting one of those "Fat Lady Bending Over" plywood cutouts to hold a 12-gauge.

Once in a while, I get original eyebrows as a reward.. And polished windows! Yeah man. Only here on vintage trailer talk would you hear of someone getting original eyebrows. And everyone knows what they're talking about! LOL.

Ok. Our five hundred thread count sheets ain't gonna fit so I guess I will be leaving them. The three bed pillows are coming with. I have to have at least two for sleeping the third is added when reading. Another thing is coffee. The whole beans, coffee grinder and French press are required. Don't mess with that ritual.
I'm trying for color coordinating Melmac to go with the fabric I'm planning to get for the dinette curtains. Oh, there's a flamingo or two that may or may not dress up for holidays.
I'm not really into pink or lace. Is there a borderline Glamper category?

If you have a 3/4 bed, you can easily adjust the bottom sheet. We have a full size, so it was easy to find ones that fit. We have a down comforter in a duvet cover so we don't need top sheet or blanket, and we have FOUR feather pillows. During the daytime, the pillows live in covers that turn them into sausage shaped pillows that act as bolsters/arms on either end of the benches (that have been turned back into benches from being a bed at night. The comforter smashes up really small and we keep it in a zippered pillowcase thingy underneath the table or stuffed in a cabinet.
So, yes, all the sheets, dishes, flamingo stuff DOES qualify you for glamping... glamping light. After all we DO have to eat and sleep on something. May as well be comfy.

Naw, I think we are roughing it. Our house bed is a queen. The back of the Shasta is full/double at best.

For me Glamping is a state of mind more than specific objects. I like to bring comfort and elegance to everything I do. You can put me in a mud hut in Africa and I will add as much beauty and comfort as I can find. Vintage trailers are a chance to do that in a special way...
